For Anita Boyd, escrow is more than numbers. It’s about people. As Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer at Escrow Trust Advisors in Brentwood, she is responsible for managing not only her own escrow desk but also the overall escrow team.

“I’ve been in escrow for over three decades because I just love it. Although I have an affinity for numbers and love closings, I’m a people person first and foremost. I’m totally vested in the satisfaction of the buyers and sellers who come to us — many of whom are seeing their dream of homeownership come true.” Motivating those around her comes naturally, so the opportunity to manage the branch was an added bonus,” shared Anita.

“I feel we are privileged to be part of such a momentous time in someone’s life,” Anita said. “When on the phone with me or any one of the escrow staff here at Escrow Trust Advisors, our clients feel our smiles on the other end.” Contributing to this high level of customer focus is a management team who provides ongoing training, education and technological support.

Anita handles a wide variety of escrows including residential, REOs, short sales and refinance. She is also a Notary Public.

When she’s not in the office calmly managing a fast-paced staff and complex transactions, she is content to spend time with her family, including seven very active nieces and nephews.
