Pango Group Culture: A Few Thoughts From Our President, Jeff Russell

I have been asked a lot about our culture lately. Our mission is to run exceptional real estate service businesses that enhance the lives of the people, partners, and communities we serve.

Yes, running exceptional real estate service businesses is awesome! But the part that stands out most for me is “enhancing the lives of people, partners, and communities we serve.” 

Our people are our employees! And, we create a culture that people want to be a part of. It’s taking a stressful job and making it as good as it can be. It’s the way we talk to each other  – the voice, the tone, and the body language. It’s really caring about each other. We all need to walk the walk, and not just talk about being a great company to work for. We need to be a great company to work for. We are people first, which helps us keep and recruit the best and brightest talent in our industry.

Our partners include our clients (agents, buyers, sellers, title reps, and vendors), the bicycle messenger guy wearing a helmet, and the FedEx driver. Essentially, it’s anyone who walks through our doors at any one of our offices. And, our goal is to make that person feel something special the moment they walk in. We work to make a positive difference in the lives of every person we interact with. 

Our communities are the cities we have offices in. And, that includes all of our offices, not just our mothership office in Glendale. If we’re serving Palm Springs, it’s a little bit different than how we’d serve La Quinta. But, for all of them, we have a plan and show up with intention.
