About Claudia Meneses
Claudia Meneses serves as the Branch Manager and Escrow Officer at Escrow Trust Advisors and brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and knowledge to her role.
For nearly two decades, Claudia has worked in the escrow industry, helping clients navigate the process as comfortably as possible through guidance, support, education, and always being there to answer any questions they may have.
Having gone through the 2008 market, she has a great deal of resilience that is a valuable asset when helping clients navigate, often complex, transactions. While she services all types of escrows, she specializes in Residential, Commercial, Tract Homes, REO, and Shortsales. Regardless of the escrow-type, she always has one priority in mind: helping people and building long-lasting relationships.
In addition to her escrow officer role, she also supports the office as Branch Manager and works diligently to ensure that her team feels supported in all that they do.
When Claudia isn’t busy creating happy clients, you might find her hiking, heading out on a mountaineering expedition, or taking surfing lessons.
