About Adela Tang
Adela Tang is an Escrow Officer with Escrow Trust Advisors in Pasadena. Having served the escrow community for over 30 years and brings a significant base of knowledge and experience to her clients that cover a wide variety of escrow transactions including residential, commercial, short sales and bulk sales.
Understanding the vast intricacies of real estate comes naturally to Adela whose family is very active in the real estate industry. “Along with two other partners my sister and I started our own escrow company in 1986, sold it and came to join Escrow Trust Advisors,” she mentioned. “Although Escrow Trust Advisors has a large network of offices, I still feel very much a part of a family.”
Adela is known for her proactive stance with clients. She believes in open communication, staying on top of files and managing complex transactions with the smooth efficiency that comes with years of experience. “It is my pleasure to work alongside agents, buyers, sellers, and borrowers to help ensure their escrow transactions close smoothly and on time. I strive to provide the highest level of service and care on every transaction and it is my goal to make a positive difference in their escrow experience.”
An active outdoor’s woman, Adela enjoys participating in walking and hiking. She is also an ambassador for the Lending Hope Foundation, an international organization that assists poverty-level entrepreneurs.
