About Julie Pfaffinger
Sales is in Julie Pfaffinger’s blood. She worked for more than 12 years selling title insurance and then took time off to raise her children.
During that 15-year hiatus, she put her keen sales abilities to good use for the school of her children, procuring donations to install a complete security system. Today, this go-getter channels her enthusiasm and passion as Director of Business Development for Escrow Trust Advisors.
“I had the opportunity to work with co-founder, Scott Akerley, years ago when I was in title,” Julie shared. “The reputation he has built within the escrow community is peerless. This is an amazing company, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”
Her role at Escrow Trust Advisors enables Julie to do what she enjoys most – make a positive impact on people’s lives. Relationship building is a top priority and her longstanding history in Pasadena helps to open doors. “My job is to add value to the real estate agent’s business. I like to think of us here as an assistant to our realtors.”
When she’s not multi-tasking, finding the perfect fit between agent and escrow officer or helping to coordinate events with the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors, Julie cherishes time with her husband and children – especially when it involves traveling.
